The Green Room is an exclusive, luxury floral design studio located in Great Malvern, Worcestershire. Our innate talent and passion for flowers, movement, and nature enable us to craft the most exquisite floral arrangements for our clients.

We prioritize the use of British flowers and consistently employ foam-free mechanics. Our approach to floral design is a celebration of color and sophisticated luxury, always exploring unique color schemes and floral varieties.

We are committed to delivering captivating floral designs that make a statement, no matter the budget. Our prices encompass the flowers and foliage, the loan of vases/vessels, our dedicated time, and Zara’s extensive design expertise.

If we are available for your date, we will require a few additional details to better understand you and your style. We also ask that you provide an estimate of your floral budget. Transparency is crucial for us, to allow us to tailor our designs to your style while adhering to your budget.
Our services start at £600 for Bridal Party bouquets and £1500 for full wedding flowers (bridal and venue flowers).
once you have decided you’d like to book us - we request a booking fee to secure your date. The fee is deducted from your final floral balance. We will send you our booking form and a copy of our T&C’s. Once received, your date is exclusively booked in our diary.
We don’t book more than one wedding in single day, as we are committed to giving each of our couples our full attention.
Our work and your personal vision is a collaborative effort. We encourage you to share inspiration images and wedding pinterest boards with us throughout. This helps us fully understand your vision and create a floral design that compliments it seamlessly.
Following our consultation via zoom or call; we will craft a design proposal and mood board that aligns with your specifications. After you have reviewed and approved the proposal, we will finalize it, typically no later than eight weeks prior to your event.
During the week leading up to your wedding day, we will be doing lots of behind the scenes prep for your big day to ensure everything is meticulously ready.
On the morning of your wedding day, we usually start out early and firstly deliver your bouquets to your location before heading straight to your venue for floral set up.
Our team will install all your designs and set the scene before any of your guests arrive.
If floral items are to be moved within the venue - we will do this as discreetly as possible and ensure everything is looking perfect before we leave.
The day after your wedding, we will clear all flowers, dismantle any installations and wrap all flowers for you to take away or hand out to guests.
